I'm a Women's Mental Health Advocate .As well as an intuitive Empath. That creates retreats for women. Some say I am a survivor of many horrific things. I say , NO! I'm a warrior ! That has defeated MANY horrible things ongoing since birth, I'm now 43. Due to that, I am VERY passionate about my vision. I feel like God has his reasons for

That has defeated MANY horrible things ongoing since birth, I'm now 43. Due to that, I am VERY passionate about my vision. I feel like God has his reasons for everything. I feel THIS is why. To tell my story & to help save other women. Sharing & helping others heals my inner peace. To share how I've defeated & overcame all these horrible things. Due to my life circumstance & recent diagnosis. I am now & have been learning to live w/ C-PTSD , Panic Disorder , OCD, Agoraphobia , depression & severe anxiety. For years I was told by many therapists, I will never beat the Agoraphobia. That I would be locked in the house for the rest of my life. I've been told most don't make it out !!! I refused to accept that! For 2 years I fought & fought what I called "that demon." NEVER leaving the house. Until 1 day I said, I just cant anymore & almost believed the therapist. Maybe there was only 1 way out? But that wasn't an option to me for I JUST wanted to LIVE AGAIN!!! FOR MY CHILD!! So I created a few things, then put together a retreat for myself as well as another amazing woman. IT WAS LIFE CHANGING FOR US BOTH!! We are out living AGAIN ! Don't get me wrong we still have our days but since that trip. Something changed within me. I had never felt so EMPOWERED in my life!! Now I want to do for other women, as I've done for myself & this other lady ! Ladies LETS LIVE AGAIN!! YOU are WORTH it!! Be sure to "Subscribe" to keep up w/the next wellness retreat.
